TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Entrants do so at their own risk
• Medical conditions must be stated on entering
• Online entries are via PayPal and the PayPal receipt is confirmation of entry.
• Postal entries will be confirmed by e mail.
• Refunds are not permitted.
• Entrant may transfer their entry to another person using the provided form.
• The closing date for entries will be stated on the entry form.
• Entries will close earlier than the stated date if the entry limit id reached.
• Full information will be published not less than 3 days prior to the event.
• For events which are part of the Hampshire Road Race League, the full entry list will be published on closure of entries.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will only collect data which is necessary to administer your race entry:

• Name
• Contact details
• The event you wish to enter
• Date of birth (to allocate you to the correct age category
• Athletic Club (to allocate you for team awards)

We do not collect any financial information.

We will retain your data for a maximum of 3 years, after which it will be destroyed. On request, we will destroy the data when the event you have entered has been completed.

Persons under the age of 16 must obtain the permission of their parent or guardian.
